Main research effort of our group lies in preparation and investigation of the structure-property relationship in multifunctional heterogeneous polymer systems. Nanocomposites represent a way how to achieve the multifunctionality in such systems due to the high specific surface area of the nano-filler. Large filler-matrix contact area is a way to control physico-chemical properties of polymer composites in decisive manner.
